1. Acceptance of Terms Welcome to The Tradesman Barbershop. By accessing our website (www.thetradesmanbarbershop.com), booking an appointment, or purchasing products/services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services or website.

 

2. Services and Booking Policy All services are subject to availability. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our specific Booking & Cancellation Policy, which includes:

  • Cancellation Fees: A fee applies to cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for an appointment will result in a charge for the full value of the service.

  • Late Arrivals: We reserve the right to shorten or reschedule services for clients arriving late, potentially incurring full service charges.

 

3. Payments, Deposits, and Gift Cards

  • Payments: We accept major credit cards and cash. Payment is due upon completion of services or as specified by our online booking system.

  • Deposits & Fees: All booking deposits, late cancellation fees, and no-show charges are non-refundable and authorized by you at the time of booking.

  • Gift Cards: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by Washington State law. Gift cards must be presented at the time of service. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.

 

4. Right to Refuse Service The Tradesman Barbershop maintains a professional, safe, and sanitary environment. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual for any reason not prohibited by law, including but not limited to:

  • Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or intoxication.

  • Health or hygiene conditions that may compromise the safety of our staff or other clients (e.g., lice, open wounds, active skin infections).

  • Repeated violation of our Booking & Cancellation policies.

In the event service is refused due to client behavior or safety concerns during an appointment, the client remains liable for the full cost of the booked service.

 

5. Intellectual Property The content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images (including photos of our work), and software, is the property of The Tradesman Barbershop and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without express written permission.

 

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Service Results: While we strive for excellence using premium tools and techniques, grooming is an art form. We are not liable for dissatisfaction resulting from a client’s failure to clearly communicate their desires or from unrealistic expectations.

  • Personal Property: We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items brought into the studio.

  • Physical Safety: By entering our premises, you assume all risks associated with a barbershop environment. To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, The Tradesman Barbershop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

 

7. Dispute Resolution We believe in handling issues at the lowest possible level with integrity and respect.

  • Informal Resolution: In the event of a dispute, you agree to first contact The Tradesman Barbershop management directly to attempt to resolve the issue in good faith.

  • Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Thurston County, Washington.

 

8. Changes to These Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website or our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
