At The Tradesman Barbershop, we take pride in our craftsmanship and the quality of our products. We strive to ensure every client leaves completely satisfied. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise. Below is our policy regarding refunds and returns.
1. Services (Haircuts, Shaves, etc.) Our services are time-based and labor-intensive; therefore, we generally do not offer refunds on services rendered.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are dissatisfied with your service, please notify us immediately during your appointment or within 48 hours. We appreciate the opportunity to make adjustments to meet your expectations at no additional cost.

Discretionary Refunds: Monetary refunds for services are rare and granted solely at the discretion of management on a case-by-case basis.
2. Retail Products We are happy to accept returns on retail products (pomades, shampoos, apparel, etc.) under the following conditions:

Unopened/Unused: Products that are unopened, in their original packaging, and in re-sellable condition may be returned for a full refund or exchange.

Defective/Allergic Reaction: If a product is defective or causes an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase in our system is required for all returns.
3. Booking Fees & Deposits As outlined in our Booking & Cancellation Policy:

Non-Refundable: Fees charged for "No-Shows," Late Cancellations (less than 48 hours' notice), or non-refundable booking deposits are final and not eligible for refunds, as these cover the time reserved specifically for you.
4. Gift Cards Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where specifically required by Washington State law (e.g., balances below a certain threshold).
5. Timeframe Limitation To ensure accurate record-keeping and fair business practices, no refund requests will be considered more than 30 days after the date of purchase or the date services were provided, unless specifically required by applicable law.
