A Private "Media Lounge" Atmosphere: Forget the awkward small talk or crowded waiting areas. Our private studio allows the teen client to control the vibe. Whether they want to stream their favorite show on the large-screen TV, blast their own playlist, or just chill in silence, the room is theirs for the hour. It is a comfortable, judgment-free zone designed to make them feel like a VIP. Collaborative Consultation: We know that teens often seek complex, trendy styles seen on social media. Our unrushed, 1-hour appointment window ensures we have ample time to discuss these looks realistically. We bridge the gap between the client’s vision and the parent’s preferences, ensuring everyone is on the same page before the work begins. Cancellation Policy
To ensure an unrushed and premium experience for all clients, please review our booking and cancellation standards. 1. Instant Confirmation & Schedule Conflicts For your convenience, our online system automatically accepts and confirms your appointment time, allowing us to securely hold your booking with a card on file. Conflict Resolution: While appointments are confirmed instantly, we review our schedule daily. In the rare event of a system scheduling conflict, priority is given to the first booking received. We will contact you as early as possible to resolve any overlaps and secure a new time if necessary. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations We require 48 hours' notice for all schedule changes. This allows us enough time to fill the open spot. Standard Rescheduling (Preferred): You may reschedule for a different date/time at no cost if done more than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Standard Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your appointment completely (without rescheduling) more than 48 hours in advance, a $5.00 fee will be processed to cover credit card transaction costs. Late Cancellation (< 48 Hours): Any cancellation or reschedule request submitted within 48 hours of the appointment start time is subject to a $20.00 late fee. No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in your card on file being charged for the full cost of services booked. 3. Booking Privileges & Communication Access to self-service online booking is a privilege. Clients who develop a history of frequent rescheduling, late cancellations, or no-shows will have their online booking access suspended and must book directly. Please ensure your email and phone number are current so we can coordinate your specific haircutting needs prior to your visit.
