Service Description
Build the perfect haircut to suit your needs. We believe in transparent pricing and tailored service, which is why this appointment is structured as a "Base Service" with optional "Billable Add-ons." The Base Service: Precision Trim (Included) Standard booking covers a precision "One Length" trim. All hair is combed down to zero degrees (natural fall) to establish a crisp, clean perimeter. This is ideal for clients looking to remove split ends, reduce overall length, and maintain the health of their existing style without altering the internal shape. Customize Your Look (Select Add-ons at Booking): To transform your look beyond a standard trim, please select the necessary add-ons when booking: Layering: Sections of hair are elevated and precision-cut to reduce weight, add volume, and create fluid movement throughout the style. Texturizing: Using specialized shears or razor techniques, we remove bulk to create dimension, balance, and a modern, lived-in texture. Face Framing: The front panels are elevated and connected to the rest of the cut, reducing weight around the face to highlight your features. Bangs: A dedicated trim to shape the fringe, connected seamlessly into the rest of the hairstyle. Discounted Pricing when selecting the "All Inclusive" Add-on option.
Cancellation Policy
To ensure an unrushed and premium experience for all clients, please review our booking and cancellation standards. 1. Instant Confirmation & Schedule Conflicts For your convenience, our online system automatically accepts and confirms your appointment time, allowing us to securely hold your booking with a card on file. Conflict Resolution: While appointments are confirmed instantly, we review our schedule daily. In the rare event of a system scheduling conflict, priority is given to the first booking received. We will contact you as early as possible to resolve any overlaps and secure a new time if necessary. 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations We require 48 hours' notice for all schedule changes. This allows us enough time to fill the open spot. Standard Rescheduling (Preferred): You may reschedule for a different date/time at no cost if done more than 48 hours prior to your appointment. Standard Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your appointment completely (without rescheduling) more than 48 hours in advance, a $5.00 fee will be processed to cover credit card transaction costs. Late Cancellation (< 48 Hours): Any cancellation or reschedule request submitted within 48 hours of the appointment start time is subject to a $20.00 late fee. No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in your card on file being charged for the full cost of services booked. 3. Booking Privileges & Communication Access to self-service online booking is a privilege. Clients who develop a history of frequent rescheduling, late cancellations, or no-shows will have their online booking access suspended and must book directly. Please ensure your email and phone number are current so we can coordinate your specific haircutting needs prior to your visit.
